Decade Resources Announces Discovery of Copper Gold Porphyry Mineralization at Kitimat, British Columbia

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 15, 2010)- Decade Resources Ltd. ("Decade" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DEC)is pleased to report it has intersected multiple zones of strong tosemi-massive copper mineralization over zones from 1-10 metres wide,within strongly altered intrusive rocks, on its 100% owned WedeeneRiver property in the Kitimat area of British Columbia.
Todate, 10 holes have been completed and strong chalcopyrite has beenobserved in 5 of the holes. Chalcopyrite is associated with pyriticzones in highly silicified rocks. Assay data to date shows a strongcorrelation between copper and gold. The pyritic zones which contain5-7% pyrite and local chalcopyrite are associated with strong local"potassic" and pervasive "phyllic" alteration zones intruded bystrongly epidote altered dykes. The area of drilling is along the edgeof a narrow magnetic low separating two large magnetic lows outlined inan airborne EM/Magnetic survey flown earlier this year. Each of themagnetic lows are more than 1 km in diameter and may be associated withone just SW of the drilling that is over 2 km in diameter. Based on thealteration observed, the Company believes the drilling to date is atthe edge of a large porphyry copper-gold zone.

Theabove intersection is core length and true width is unknown atpresent. Lower grade mineralization, 0.1 to 0.2% copper and 0.1 g/tgold continues to the bottom of the drill hole at approximately 200metres.
The Company plans an extensive drill programin the area of DDH-2010-J-1 to better define the extent of thecopper-gold mineralization, pending receipt of the necessary governmentpermits. The area has extensive overburden cover and outcrops are onlypresent west of the present drilling. Additional drilling is planned totest the various magnetic lows for additional copper-goldmineralization. The Wedeene River property is accessible year round.
Ed.Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument43-101, is in charge of the exploration program on behalf of thecompany. All samples are assayed by Assayers Canada of Vancouver,BC. Gold assays are by fire assay and silver and copper are determinedby aqua regia digest.
